I wish to thank all of you who helped me with finding information about my 2nd Great Grandfather, Thomas NICHOLLS. I literally could not have done it without your help. I'm my way now and am studying the history of the 90th Foot Regiment. I'm currently trying to find what I can about Malta and the Ionian Islands--especially the involvement of the British troops that were stationed there. I also had an unexpected but pleasant surprise when I found that Thomas' older brother, Joseph, was also in the 90th Foot Regiment.
