Re death of Tpr H. Flowers, 34th Imperial Yeomanry, the death is listed by the English GRO or General Registry Office which is part of the ONS or Office of National Statistics, so you should be able to get a death certificate from them. He is on fiche F535 (Flowers, H. 34 Imp Yeo) as listed on page 818 of the Register. Ref.
