Stanton was born around 1857 in Arkansas. Sometimes information i get can be iffy. So, don't hold me to it. I have come to a stand still on Ruthie's mother, Susan Lyles. The last info I found was that she died along the banks of the Cimarron river somewhere. That was several years ago that I read that and I can't figure out what website it was on. She is suppose to be where the Choctaw comes into the Boatwright family when Elias married Ruthie (Susan Lyles daughter). My ggrandfather is Thoams J. Boatwright.
