Hi Re Francis Tinsley Boatwright The info I have is that a Frances Elizabeth Tinsley was b 1764 or 1767 and was married in 1785 in Powhatan CO VA to John Joseph Boatwright b 1764 and died 1814 in Cumberland CO VA. John was the son of Daniel Boatwright b abt 1739 They had eight children the latest born Dec 1800. If this is your Frances Tinsley there is the possibility she remarried moved to KY and Had more children. Gerald M.
