Father may have been Prior J. Boatwright, born 10/05/1892 in Amherst, Virginia. Parents were John Joseph Boatwright and Frances Elizabeth Tinsley. Frances is believed to have died in Todd County, Kentucky, which gives you a possible link. David C.
