I am still searching for connections and information about the family of Mrs. Madison McDonal Boatright (1856-1932). She was born Mary Elizabeth Woods. There is an M.E. Woods in the 1860 census of Emanuel County in the household of Isaac Woods, whose wife was Susan, or Susannah. Her daughter wrote in a 1963 letter that "my grandfather must have died young because as far back as I can remember, my mother's mother was 'Grandmother Coleman'" Her husband, "Mac" (son of Reuben Boatright, Jr and Julia Sconyers), owned a turpentine still in lower Bulloch County, near Groveland at a place called "Magnolia Springs" (not the state park near Millen)...........
