Some Essarys married into the Deckard family. Does anyone have a family bible that has any information about Jacob and Elizabeth Deckard of Indiana? Without a link to show that Jacob was actually one and the same, we cannot prove our ancestry and connection to Jacob in Indiana and Jacob who fought in the Revolutionary War. The Martha Boatright as noted in Percy Deckard was removed from the DAR roles and so Jacob Deckard is no longer listed as a patriot. Help! Any clues. Thanks, Milly
