    2. In a message dated 12/7/2006 9:58:36 PM Eastern Standard Time, karima@insightbb.com writes: On one of my boards, a message (when viewing it as a message) has in the surnames field: "Surnames: Vecchione, and Gomez" I clicked on "edit" to edit out the word "and", but the surname field in "edit view" does not include the "..., and ..." part, just 'Vecchione, Gomez". Karima Weird--it might be some anomaly like someone using brackets or quotes that are causing them not to show up. Try this (can't promise it will work but try it) -- remove everything from the surname box and then type in the two surnames separated by the comma and space and see if that fixes it. If not try removing everything (adding a single space to make the change take) and THEN go back and add the surnames after you have removed everything from the box. Joan

    2. Joan, Thank you for your response regarding possible solutions to this problem. However, I just don't have time to go through all of the possible ways to fix something that used to be so easy to do. This is only one message on many boards I administer.
