Try this (can't promise it will work but try it) -- remove everything from the surname box and then type in the two surnames separated by the comma and space and see if that fixes it. If not try removing everything (adding a single space to make the change take) and THEN go back and add the surnames after you have removed everything from the box. Joan
Joan, Thank you for your response regarding possible solutions to this problem. However, I just don't have time to go through all of the possible ways to fix something that used to be so easy to do.
