It's a 2-fold "anyone can be one" service to contract to be paid to (1) go get records, do research or (2) go take pictures (or I guess anything genealogical that Person A would pay Person B to look up or get). The emails/communication, the "contracted services" statements, and payment goes through Ancestry. And there's a rating. Similar to auction sites, basically, except it's services not products (well unless a "record" is a product). Not sure I like the idea. Photos posted through Ancestry's storage place for this service can be used by Ancestry or by 3rd parties.
