Hi, Tis not me but... Couldn't this have to do with Rootsweb "loosing" all the Admin pages for so long, then (finally) re-inserting them? Is it possible the Rootsweb server had some "old" Admin info for some boards and RW re-inserted info as it had up to a certain date? I mean, the Admin pages were "gone" a long, long time. If someone adopted a board during this time, there was no way to "edit" the Admin page (cos it wasn't really there for anyone to edit---mine stayed blank a long time).... and then, when RW "restored" the info it was the OLD info. So I doubt anyone meant to be a "False Board Admin" deliberately. I wonder what the last date on RW's file was? Anyone know? We should all probably go check every Board we have just to see if it is our own E-mail address there. I only checked some of mine. Finding that those were okay, I never checked the rest because I assumed "everything" was back to normal. Joan: In the event that the "new" board admin does not subscribe to this list, might I suggest you "report abuse" so that your note will appear in the objection queue for that board? It is more likely to be seen there, than here.
