Hi Cheryl, I think most (?) admins just bookmark a board or put their boards into Favorites and we just go visit the boards on our own set schedules. Some check every day; others a few times a week; others once a week. It's also good practice to visit the boards regularly vs. relying on alerts because you'll miss seeing if you have Objections waiting.
