Some of the difficulty lies in the fact that admins may not want to take the time or have the knowledge/resources to figure out which province a particular town in Poland (or another country) belongs to, so they move it to the general country board. Since it doesn't belong on the country board if there are province/state boards for that country as well, it's been moved to the wrong board. If I knew when a post was moved to any of my country boards, I could then move it to the correct board if it was mis-placed. If that post never gets a reply after it's moved, I'll never know it's there. :-( Mind you, I completely understand why some posts get moved to the general country board and not to the correct province/state/county/etc. locality board, so I'm not criticizing that. -Marie
