Hi everyone, Since we're on this subject, what about this post? http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec?htx=message&r=rw&p=surnames.holly&m=316 I'm assuming the boards are only for genealogical research, but is it permissible to use them to make contact with people who are missing? I've seen similar posts on other boards, such as people looking for old school chums, (which I think can be done at classmates.com) or a former neighbor, father who abandoned the family, etc. I suppose there are lots of opinions about this topic too, but does rootsweb have an "official" position?
