Marilyn It does--it just doesn't show up with the full blurb. The yellow envelope icon is there on the admin boards though and if you hover your cursor over it you will see the gateway notice. I guess it was felt that the admins knew and only the users needed the full blurb and users shouldn't be on the admin interface. Joan
