Judi, Another person did reply to you. What Board are you trying to post on? What is the URL web address where you had the problem? This particular List is for Board Administrators to discuss administrator duties. You might get better help by using Help (top corner of any Rootsweb or Ancestry page), then going down that page to Technical Help. (on Ancestry there is a form to use) The Rootsweb Help Desk or Ancestry technical support are the only people who can "fix" the kind of problem you've brought up here.
