    3. Sharyn: I believe that Joan was conveying that she normally views the difference in colors that indicate a visited rather than unvisited site. However, it is her recent experience that whether viewing at home where her cookies are stored and items are in her history and cache, or using a different computer that has never visited the URL before, the links are showing as never viewed. That something has occured to reset them to "never been viewed" at the server level. I do not think she was indicating a difference in browser was a contributing factor to how the colors/links were viewed.
