Yeah, There are some very strange things going on with the boards. Classifications are missing, a couple of messages I moved to a more appropriate county board are back on the board where they were originally posted, and messages that I looked at are no longer in bold like they normally are after a I read a post. There are some boards that I simply can not post to (I don't admin this boards) no matter how many times I go back and try to post to them I get an error message. I am very frustrated because I reported this to the help desk and received a very terse reply. I can understand that this problem could be on my end; however, I am able to post to most boards but there are four that I simply cannot post too. I keep getting an error message. Even if the problem is on my end it doesn't mean that the help desk has to be rude or abrupt. They tell us to report problems to the help desk then when you do they don't help. Okay, sorry for venting about the lack of help at the help desk as I said I am frustrated with the 'system.' Jackie, Yes some of my cleaned boards are black again too. My classifications are missing entirely on a surname board of over 6,000 posts (I'd cleaned 3,000+ before -- sigh) Ancestry - Help - contact - My Profile -- It says my email is on record, but not my password. BUT if I try to register (which I did long ago) it says my email is not on record. Bottom line, I can;t log in. Log in is iffy on RW side. Sometimes errors, sometimes ok. I asked them to re-set the entire board to default "Query" so I have a fighting chance to re-clean the board again. Quirky boards!!
