I have had a post I am not too sure about. It seems this person is offering help but does not request money. Ah, yes... the infamous David Ellison posts. He is barely within the AUP, but he is within it. He does not solicit for funds on the boards. Should you write him with an interest, he will tell you his fee. You can report abuse on your own board and mark it Attn Staff, to obtain a ruling... if the post remains, you have an answer. If it goes away, you also have an answer. Do not expect an email explaining if they are allowed or not.
