Lynne- There was never a requirement that an admin review old posts on a board that were posted prior to the admin adopting it--unless someone reported the problem with a post to the admin. It's a nice thing to do if your time permits it and if the board isn't TOO large to make such a review counterproductive--but it was NEVER a requirement.
