Update---both WorldConnect and MyAccount are now back in action. It looks like the inability to connect with WC was the problem for MyAccount. Joan ----------- Not really sure why it doesn't completely load but the thinking is that it hits a snag trying to connect to the WorldConnect server since that server is currently down (hopefully coming back up soon--still checking file systems).
