    1. Re: [BAd] Second problem: Difficult poster using my board
    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/BF.2ADIAE/5003.3 Message Board Post: I took a look at the board that you're referring to and my own opinion is that many of this person's messages should be deleted as well as your replies to her which are nothing but chit-chat and they are completely off topic for the board. Just as you explained, this person is using the board to chit-chat about anything and everything, and many of her messages have nothing to do with railway accidents. For instance the message, "Can you change a title for me?" and your reply have no relevance to Railroad Accidents. Both should be deleted after you change the title as she requested. Ask yourself this question about each post: What does this post have to do with Railway Accidents? I also don't see what badmouthing the Library of Michigan has to do with Railway Accidents. Evidently this person needed to fill out a form, all pertinent information was given except the name of the railroad, so the person is now annoyed with the library ; can't deal with them, etc. and bad-mouths them on your board. I don't feel that you need to apologize to her because SHE didn't fill out the form completely and the library couldn't find her information. I would delete her complaint and your reply. Remind yourself: What is the purpose of your board according to your own information under Links & Announcements? " It's for posting questions or information about U.S. railroad accidents." Don't let yourself be drawn into replies and debates that are off topic for the board. Just my own personal opinion, Marilyn
