Login as the board admin, go the Admin Center, and then to Review Objections. Click on Judge Objection. If the objector's author ID/email address matches that of the poster and the poster is asking that you delete the post, all you have to do is click Delete Message. If the objector's author ID/email address doesn't match the poster's, and the post doesn't violate board guidelines, don't delete the post. In that case, click on Reject and the objection will be deleted from your objections list. HTH! Lynne

    3. Thanks Lynne, I know how to do that but I still have the problem of removing her posts that have replies to them or are in the middle of threads which most are.  Staff removes those according to what I have been reading on this list the past 2 days. I emailed messageboards@rootsweb and told them the poster wanted all her posts removed.  Is that all I need to do?  And do I leave her objections alone so staff can handle it? Those are my questions.  Sorry if I was unclear. 3. These are great instructions and I will save them. However, does Robin have to do this 89 times or is there a more global way to deal with multiple objections from the same email address?
