I would tell the poster to report abuse on a single post and put ATTN STAFF and explain in the comments that the spam post is cross-posted on many boards and then let staff handle the mass removals. Hi Joan, No, it's not spam or mass spam. The poster just wants all of his own (normal / "okay" / acceptable) postings to be deleted. Can I tell him to use Report Abuse to make the request?
