Valeria, In the post mentioned below, I don't see anything wrong with it unless it's posted across multiple boards. You can find that out by clicking on the poster's name and then report it as abuse. Since it's posted on the COOKE surname board, I would immediately stop any posts that start a thread in any of the other surnames given, unless the poster shows a connection to the COOKE surname.
