I recently went through the same process to get my boards all into one account. I still have a couple of lists hanging out there under different accounts and was looking for an easy way to change them to one account. The one thing I had to do which wasn't covered in the above, after getting the boards changed over, I had to empty my cookies folder to keep the old accounts from auto poping up when I accessed RW.
