Yesterday, I was able to get to messages for several hours when in user mode, but then started having trouble again. On another note: too bad the new post on the Admin News board produced a "Error Retrieving Message" banner!!! Oh yeah, the "Knowledge Base" (no longer HelpDesk) blurp is in tiny font (literally 1/2 the size of the font on the rest of the page) with a background color that does *not* attract attention....
