Beth- I don't claim to know WHY they couldn't just associate the new Knowledge Base "Right Now" system with our existing registrations/accounts -- only that this is the reason given for us having to register for the new system. Our current registration of other features at RootsWeb and Ancestry IS connected to the Ancestry master database system (UCDM) but the UCDM account info is linked to the My Account RootsWeb Registrations---why the "Help" system couldn't also be integrated I don't know. Joan ----------- I'm afraid I agree with Lou. Registering again just to use the Help segment doesn't make sense as we've already registered and Rootsweb should already know who we are. I can understand why it would be helpful to staff to be able to track user questions and history, but not understandable is why we need another registration for them to do that. It makes me wonder if our current registration(s) are an Ancestry function to which Rootsweb has no access.
