Thank Nan! It should be mentioned that the message is on the rootsweb side of things, not ancestry, which is the side I work from. Question, when things are reported to the helpdesk via the new help pages, has anyone gotten a response back that says the message was sent? I've sent a couple of questions/reports, but cannot tell if my message actually gets sent. I get a page that says I already have a registered email, but on that same page the "fill in the blanks to register" are still there but empty. Did I explain that right?
