It might be helpful to those concerned with this topic to read the two-part article I did last Sept. for the RootsWeb Review: http://ftp.rootsweb.com/pub/review/2007/0912.txt http://ftp.rootsweb.com/pub/review/2007/0919.txt Joan **************Start the year off right. 3. Associating more than one email address with a RootsWeb account is a BAD idea. It can repeatedly cause problems with a subscription to RootsWeb Review (the email account that was *not* supposed to receive RwR received it and the email account that *was* subscribed did not). It happened in June 2006 and August 2006, both times techs had to fix it. When it happened again in November 2006, RootsWeb claimed it was the users problem. When the user went into her "My Account", the correct address was shown as subscribed. How can that be a user problem??? It was *never* fixed.
