Marilyn- Go to MyAccount: https://myaccount.rootsweb.com/ and click on the link to change username and password and follow instructions. This is all you need to do provided you are only using one username/password for every service that requires a username and is associated with the Ancestry UCDM database. If you use more than one and want to change multiple usernames--be sure you are logged in under the username you want to change when you click the above link to make the changes. I always use the rootsweb interface to maintain my boards but when I click on My Account, I don't see anyplace to change the name. Does it need to be done from the ancestry interface?
