Hi My question is: How do I make a separate user name (and password) for my Board Admins that is completely distinct from my user name for my paid subscription @ancestry.com I asked them first but got nowhere. When I changed my username at ancestry.com (my paid subscription) somehow their machinery changed my Board username along with the user name for all postings to the one for my paid subscription. I want two different usernames since neither has anything to do with the other. Thank you very much. This is all you need to do provided you are only using one username/password for every service that requires a username and is associated with the Ancestry UCDM database. If you use more than one and want to change multiple usernames--be sure you are logged in under the username you want to change when you click the above link to make the changes. I always use the rootsweb interface tomaintain my boards but when I click on My Account, I don't see anyplace to change the name. Does it need to be done from the ancestry interface?
