The one today is a reunion article. My uncertainty comes from the fact that none of the skipped names will get picked up by the search on the boards. Knowing we all have opinions <wink> I am sure I will get a variety of thoughts about this. I wondered how strongly Admins feel that names should be copied to the surname field from attachments -- or, not? Judy Judy- I leave those surnames in the surnames box but I do at least a cursory check to see that the surnames are actually in the attachment. Since the attachment is part of the message I don't feel this violates the intent or letter of the admin guidelines. Joan
But, I mean, what is best when there is only 1 or few names in the surname box, but bunches in the attachment that are NOT in the surname field. I know admins do not HAVE to add any surnames, but it seems with attachments the Admin should go add the missing names or they will never show in any Searches. That is what I wanted feedback about.
