Janet Hi Janet The posts you mention seem like a natural progression from the original message, so I would just fix the surname box in Dave's reply and leave the posts where they are. I usually only move replies if they are waaaaay off the original subject. Most of the time that happens when someone mistakenly posts a message as a reply rather than as a new message.
