    3. Hi, the problem with the above message thread has been solved. Since I didn't hear back from staff, I deleted most of it myself and left back a single legit message. Now I've got a new problem.: Unfortunately did the author's name sneak into our conversation here (which I wanted to avoid myself). The author out of personal reasons is more than unhappy about this. Is there a way to have that thread removed from the list - or rather the related archives ? If yes, how would I proceed?
