I've had a reply from the Help Desk just now to my query about the Anonymous posters: Dear Wendy, Thank you for contacting us. I apologize for this difficulty. It is an internal error on the message boards and is directed to several conditions. The developers are working on the fix for this error and the information of the accounts, usernames, etc... will not be lost. If some of the objections you are trying to solve cannot be solved with your efforts, leave the objection in the queue and I will see it in about 7 days and can use other tools to solve the objection. Thank you for all you are doing and for your patience while we fix this issue. Let us know if there is any more we can do for you.
