Paul- These are old posts that someone replied to currently bringing an old thread to the top on my boards (which is the reason they caught my attention). And, yes, I think this is some sort of issue with a default date being set on these posts because the actual date couldn't be found. I saw about 10 of them this morning when reviewing my boards and the first few were also old "Anonymous" posts but the latter few had usernames attached. I don't think the issue of board posts could possibly involve a battery issue on the poster's computer as the boards use GMT and set the post time on their end--it wouldn't have any connection to the person's computer time being off. I would assume someone's clock on their computer is not working. Oldtimes remember default 1/1/80 of you did not set date on early IBM/Clones PC & PC-XT. It could be an old machine that cannot handle the year 2000 rollover. More likely someone's internal (setup) battery is failing. Clock is one of 1st things to go. I would not worry about it.
