Other admins have different opinions on this, though. I remember a thread on this list about the same topic. An admin who posted obits threatened to stop posting altogether if her obits were moved from county boards to surname boards. If it is only one copy, leaving the obit where it is posted (locality or surname board) is fine, but with duplicates I guess you can only do what you think is best.
