This board is for admins to help deal with board management issues and not anything else. There is nothing sinister unless you are paranoid. There is no implying that you are not good enough to handle the gateway. Not everyone gets something just because they want it to be so. By all means take it further..........complain to Ancestry/Rootsweb as Joan suggested.
