J. Asche Personally, I am going to start reporting instances where the list admin is not sending anything through from the gateway. My opinion is that this indicates the admin might be completely AWOL and not tending to the Pending Requests. Of course, I'd first write to the admin to see why the pending requests are not being processed--but if I get no reply--then I'm going to start reporting AWOL admins--and there are a few (maybe more than a few) out there.
