Judy For a one-time only notice I would agree provided that the reference cited in the message is specifically on-topic for the board on which it is posted and that the "ad" isn't broadcast across other boards. I also don't mind a resource being referenced in a reply on a board to a query if that resource is free and helpful to the original poster. Repeated unbidden references to any resource which smacks of advertising I don't consider pertinent to the boards. Joan
