I tried to go to the boards help desk and submit a request to have one of my boards gatewayed to the same surname list. I admin both. I keep getting an error message when I hit the submit button. Is there another way to ask them to gateway the board? This is the error message I keep getting. Maybe I am doing something wrong. Send an email to messageboards@rootsweb.com Do you also admin the mailing list? If not have you contacted the list admin? In order for the gateway to be open both the list and board admin must be in agreement. As for the Help Desk form, it doesn't work for me, either. I understand from msgs on the LO list that firewalls may be preventing the form from working properly. :-( Lynne
