Ceil Ceil- When you say you fill out the form to reset the password are you talking about a LIST or BOARD? The LIST admin page has a form for resetting the password but for boards you click on FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? and receive an email listing all your accounts and can then click a link to change or reset your password and then you can just login using the new password. So let's be clear on which you are referring to here? If you are speaking about a board--have you checked the links and announcements page to be sure you are still the admin of the board? Joan
