I dont know about all of you but I really dont like the new set up for the Lists. especially the admin side Why is it when you have a gatewayd board/list everyone who posts throught the board or vicaversa has to have an admin approval. This didnt need to be done before and its quite irritaging.
Janet, THe gateways are not functioning properly right now. the problem has been noted and as soon as the boards have been completely up dated (Changed to new system) they will fix that..too!! AS I understand.. the gateway address is not bing recognised by mailman, it is seeing the address of the poster so, if the poster is not a mailing list member it is bouncing it to the admin for approval.. So hang in there... the rest of us are... give it time it will be fixed.. This is a KNOWN issue that should be corrected on the List tools for all the lists by the end of the month so until then Lists that have admins will have to approve the messages in their pending messages area. Lists without admins that have gateways from the corresponding boards are in limbo unless staff has time to go in and check for these and approve them.
