If there really was a question of copyright infringement on a board or list (brought to our attention as admins by the copyright holder) referring the issue to the HelpDesk, if in doubt, would be a proper recourse--as they can contact the legal dept. at Ancestry if need be. However, most of these cases are not infringement--there is no infringement where copying of facts is concerned--facts can't be owned or copyrighted. Joan
