Hi, I've tried to find earlier accounts re. this question but came back empty-handed, so let me ask again: A visitor to my boards is complaining about how she receives her alerts: The links for board+messages there are broken, so that the link doesn't work - i.e. the rest of it in line 2 is missing. >From what I recall this is a problem with her ISP's mailserver and/or the email client she uses, not a problem on Rootsweb's or Ancestry's side - right? Is there anything I can tell her in order to improve things ? Thanks Tilman
