Barbara- My first question would be--is she also posting this same update to OTHER boards? If she is cross-posting I'd see that her post is posted to the most relevant board and then that the extra copies are deleted. If she posts about multiple counties in the same state then maybe the Unknown County board would be most appropriate. Also--is the website free or commercial?
