Wendy and Joan, The same thing has happened to me. I knew I had objections pending, but when I clicked the link to view them -- they were gone and I couldn't remember what they were. In my case though I'd left what I thought to be a bug for staff to have the techies check into and the objections have disappeared after one week with, seemingly, nothing having been done regarding the objection.
