Kay- There is already a blurb directly on the form that tells them exactly that. If they are not reading it there they are unlikely to read it if you tell them on the board. :( I would not put an admin message ON the board in this case--it isn't going to help. I'd like to contact a person to let them know they should only be putting the surnames that are in the message in the surname box ...however they do not have their email listed and I do not have a subscription to Ancestry ...
