ROFL... I tell them upfront that I delete temp files and cookies, check for viruses and remove adware/spyware, and do ALL regular maintenance..... and I STILL get a reply that I should do those things. Frustrating. I want to reach through my monitor and say "Please READ the E-mail--- again."
