I haven't had time to investigate whether or not Ken Short meets what I consider to be the two most important qualifications for a Board Secretary - (1) the ability to write concise, clear, accurate summaries of other people's messages, and (2) a schedule which permits reading and responding to email at least once per day, preferably more often. (Ed Book fulfilled qualification #1, but unfortunately not #2 at this time in his life.) I prefer not to make an uninformed vote.
